And league commissioner Adam Silver said he will work to force Sterling to sell the team.
What happens now to the finances of the team and to Sterling's personal fortune?
First, a sale would likely mean a huge payday for Sterling, who has become one of the most reviled team owners in sports.
But it's not clear that Silver will be able to force Sterling to sell. Such a move requires the support of 22 of the other 29 owners. Many of them might be nervous about setting such a precedent, although Silver said Tuesday he expects to win that vote.

Price new buys in the quarter were Oenok (OKE), Dolby Labs (DLB) and T-Mobile (TMUS). I don find any of those particularly exciting at current levels, but I willing to acknowledge that Michael Price is a lot smarter than I am and probably sees value I am missing in these stocks. What I find much more interesting was that Price was doing a lot more selling than buying in the third quarter.

Advisors' Opinion:- [By Sean Williams]
If you want a ray of sunshine in this mess, look no further than either WellPoint (NYSE: WLP ) or Molina Healthcare (NYSE: MOH ) . Both companies have a stronghold in California with WellPoint's Blue Cross Blue Shield and Molina's low-cost and Medicaid-sponsored plans offering ample choices in the early going for consumers. Although early enrollment in California was disappointing, the expectation all along has been that it would pick up as we get closer to coverage enrollment cutoff date. With few signs of exchange problems in California I'd look for these two companies to impress investors moving forward.

At the same time, he notes that health-insurance companies Humana (NYSE: HUM ) , WellPoint (NYSE: WLP ) , andUnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH ) could earn less revenue in these states because of the lower premiums. At the same time, though, Dan points out that other rules under Obamacare would have limited insurers' ability to generate profits beyond a certain point in any event.

Play or pay
Figures from the Congressional Budget Office estimate that roughly 6 million people will choose to pay Obamacare's penalties rather than obtaining health insurance. That bodes ill for health insurers UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH ) , WellPoint (NYSE: WLP ) , Humana (NYSE: HUM ) , and their peers, all of which have relied on the effectiveness of the individual mandate to bring in new customers to offset higher costs that Obamacare imposes on them. Moreover, with penalty revenue expected to amount to $7 billion by 2016, the price Americans will pay for not complying with the individual mandate is far from insignificant in its own right.

AP WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama on Thursday chose two old friends with business executive experience for top posts on his economic team, naming longtime fundraiser Penny Pritzker to the Commerce Department and adviser Michael Froman as U.S. Trade Representative. Pritzker, a Hyatt Hotels (H) heiress, businesswoman and philanthropist, is Obama's pick to fill a Cabinet post that has been vacant since former Secretary John Bryson resigned after he said he suffered a seizure that led to a series of traffic collisions. Froman is one of Obama's law school classmates and senior economic advisers who previously worked as an executive at Citigroup Inc. (C). The Cabinet-level trade post performs as the administration's top adviser and negotiator on international trade. If confirmed by the Senate, Froman would replace Ron Kirk, a former Dallas mayor who stepped down as trade representative in February after serving in the post throughout Obama's first term. Obama made the announcements in the White House Rose Garden just before departing for Mexico. The nominations, which require Senate confirmation, complete Obama's picks to fill his second-term Cabinet. Obama said the two will help fulfill his top priority to grow the economy and create middle class jobs. "I intend to work both of them to the bone as soon as they are official," Obama said to laughter from a crowd that included the nominees' families and administration staff. If confirmed, Pritzker would become the fourth woman serving as secretary in Obama's current Cabinet. She also would be the wealthiest in the Cabinet by far, with Forbes estimating her net worth at $1.85 billion and ranking her as the 277th richest American. Pritzker is a lifelong Chicagoan who has known Obama since the 1990s and raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for both his presidential campaigns. She was his finance chairwoman in 2008, served as co-chair of Obama for America 2012 and gave $250,000 to help put on his inaugu

4. Hawaii
The poor pay 13% of their income in taxes in Hawaii, although the state has relatively high taxes across the board. Even tourists end up paying at least their fair share of taxes, with a double-digit percentage hotel tax imposed on Starwood (NYSE: HOT ) , Hyatt (NYSE: H ) , and other hotel chains, which they then pass on to their guests. The wealthy in Hawaii pay an average tax rate of 8%, the highest of the states on this list, because of extremely high marginal rates on income taxes that range as high as 11%. The sales tax is relatively reasonable at 4%, but the key problem is that the sales tax applies to grocery purchases, which hits the poor especially hard.

Maltodextrins and Glucose Syrup Solids products have a multitude of food applications, including formulations where liquid syrups cannot be used. Maltodextrins are resistant to browning, provide solubility, have a low hydroscopicity (do not retain moisture), and are ideal for their carrier/bulking properties. Glucose syrup solids have a bland flavor, remain clear in solution are easy to handle and provide bulking properties.
